Before the birds chirp
I arise at the time when honey seems the sweetest,
During the time when the enemy sneaks during the night to try deplete us
When the words of the Lord turn into honey, stripping all value from the world’s money
I arise before the stars and the moon lay to rest,
warring and calling forth the unknown by the Spirit of God that every Saint passes their test.
I arise before the sun wakes up so that the kingdom set on such a stone that can not be shaken awakens
under the sun is aligned with the rule of the King whose voice alone makes the earth quaken
I arise when the sun begins to open her eyes keeping me from being blinded by the enemy’s lies
so that my soul is uplifted by dwelling and singing to her maker
So the heaviness and heartache in this life can not shake her
I arise before I hear the birds chirping, praising the creator before all of creation gets to working
I arise so that I could go to the king
to never look back because of His love, I will never be the same.
